      So my accident happened on 9/9/2023 this company has had my truck for over a year now and done work on my vehicle where the impact from the accident wasnt even hit they repaired parts that were not damaged from this accident and are asking me to pay $1684.77 they are trying to have me commit insurance fraud they have on the paperwork travelers insurance has payed this which is not true I am going to pay out of pocket from my own bank account travelers insurance did not pay for any of this repair I am paying out of pocket because I need my vehicle back and Im going to take this company to small claims court because I believe they have stole my vehicle under false pretenses which has caused me debt from not being able to work because this company would not return my vehicle in which I was told by **** ****** I would not be charged for anything only what the insurance would cover whom he was on speaker phone with travelers insurance claims handler in my presence and was told the check for $1600 dollars from travelers insurance was paid to a different shop in which he replied ******* I heard you that check is gone Im not going to charge you for that Im only charging you what the insurance company will cover that check was paid to a shop that was working on my vehicle prior to taking it to kaizen collision travelers insurance company called me and told me while my vehicle was in a different shop not kaizen that I needed to take it to there shop if they were going to pay for anything else going forward so that is how my vehicle ended up at kaizen collision and has been there ever since Kaizen collision tried to make it out to be some kind of misunderstands which it was not they heard there was a check issued to me in the amount of $1600 in which the full amount of that check went to the shop whom had my vehicle at the time and kaizen collision was aware of this prior to starting work on my vehicle now they have had my vehicle over a year now.

      It took them 26 days (!) to repair auto accident damage that wasn't THAT BAD. (I have pics & the original 20 day estimate) Then when I picked it up, the front passenger window wasn't working - of course it worked before! Then when I locked the car with my key fob the horn didn't Beep - So I took it back to them and they figured out that the hood HADN'T BEEN CLOSED PROPERLY - not latched, so that's dangerous, it was a total lack of follow-through to properly close the hood. About the window: They told me they probably have to replace the driver's side window switch (which wasn't working) to get both sides to work. Absolutely ridiculous gas-lighting, the drivers' side window switch is NOT connected to the passenger side window in any way except the window child lock function and perhaps the fuse box and the accident damage was only on the drivers' side bumper area, light and the hood was slightly raised on one side. I was told they'd fix the driver's side window so that the passenger side window would work AND CHARGE ME FOR IT!! I already told my insurance company not to ever recommend or use them. Note the attached pdf states 9.7 hours at $2,687.26 and the paperwork I received today states 46.5 labor (!) at $6,483.90 which is 41.4% above the estimate which is in theory, illegal, since Colorado law states final expenses can't be more than 20% over the original estimate. I did not scan the original 5 page estimate.

      I decided to not persue this anymore they are not going to do anything about the passenger side window so I just have to drop it and leave them a poor Yelp review
