    I contacted Vectra because my heating system wasn't working and *******, the technician, came to assess the situation. He explained to me what was going on with the system that had been having problems for the past three years. I asked ******* to provide me with a quote to replace the unit. ***** followed up with me about my options and suggested the Daikin fit heat pump. After a few days, we had the unit installed and I must say, it's amazing. It's quiet, very efficient, and works perfectly.

    This is NOT a 5 star company. It's a 13 STAR business. They excel in professionalism, promptness, work ethic, and customer service. ***** knows the business inside and out and is very conscious of the process. He explains everything and his crew pays attention to detail. ****** and *** completed a furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank in about 10 hours ( a day and a half). Extremely pleased and will use them again if needed.
