5 starsI found my experience with them to be excellent. I was applying for an auto loan on very short notice (on a Friday, with the intention of buying my new vehicle the next day). ****** and ***** accommodated my request, let me know what I needed to do/provide, and helped me get approved and underwritten for my loan in under 24hrs at a great rate. 1 starI was told my title release would be mailed to me upon completion of my auto loan payments with Partner but it never was. Now I find it is essentially impossible to reach a live person on the phone or online to resolve the issue so that I can get the title on my car. So frustrating!Review fromBarbara G

1 starThis bank is a mess. Know one knows what's going on and ****** is the rudest teller.Just needed to cash a ***** check. She informed us she couldn't because check was under trust. Basically threw check back and said I can't cash. No sorry, or any way to help us figure out. Just next one in line and totally blew us off.Maybe all these rewards and litte events they have should be reviewed. It's a bank for heavens sake, act like one.Review fromPatricia C

They refuse to provide loan payment due date notifications, either by email or mail, like every other loan with monthly payments does. So many other customer service problems with them as well. I left a yelp review to that effect and they responded by trying to obfuscate the issue by saying they could show me where to find my loan payment due date myself and setting up automatic payments, none of which changes the fact that they simply refuse to provide any notifications regarding loan payment due dates, which are again something that every other loan with monthly payments does. We wont even get into the fact of how much advertising they send out, or the fact that they sent me messages for weeks when I first took put the loan saying I had a statement I needed to view but had never sent me any account information that I could use to set up the online account so I could see the statements they were so urgently reminding me about.

I have asked ******************** to please give me a call so I could further understand the concerns that were left via the Yelp review. Until I speak to ******************** I am not sure of what he wants. We can provide loan payment coupons, he can access his due date via online, mobile, and phone banking. And yes, I did list the options above to try and help him in the meantime. I am available to speak with ******************** at ************

I took an auto loan with them around 2018 then paid it off in 2023. I moved out of state recently and requested my title so that I can get new state license plates. I called them and they alleged that the title was accidentally mailed to me in 2021 (2 years before I had paid off the auto loan). I never received that title. I am currently in a bind to obtain a duplicate title from across state lines. Very frustrating.Partner Colorado Credit Union

1 starEveryone that I have the displeasure of speaking to is very RUDE and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this company for ANY personal or business needs. The fact that they suspend access to the *** or their site to make a payment on a loan is counter productive.
