    I took my cashmere sweaters into this establishment on either October 13th or 14th of 2022 for dry cleaning. I have my fall and winter clothes stored during the spring and summer months which is a chore because I vacuum seal them and then put them in another storage container and place them in my basement on shelves.Blue Eco told me they would be ready for pick up on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022. I picked up on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 and hung everything up in my closet when I returned home. On Monday, October 24, 2022, I put on my black cashmere cardigan sweater and there are two holes in the bottom of this sweater that were not there when I brought the clothing in. I called the establishment and spoke with ****** and he said he would have someone call me about this shortly. I told him it it looked like a dog had gotten ahold of my sweater and he said they do not have any dogs in the cleaners. The weird thing was there was a dog in there on Wednesday when I picked up the clothing and I told him that. He ignored what I said. I called the cleaners again today Tuesday, October 25, 2022 and again ****** answered and he acted surprised that I hadn't heard from anyone. I am guessing I won't be hearing from anyone so I looked the business up through the ******** Secretary of State, the business is Blue Eco is a trade name and the registrant is Cao & Wu Dry Cleaning **** This sweater I only had since last fall 2021 and it was $445 and this company will not take any responsibility for it and I did not sign a waiver through them regarding destruction of my property.
