    This is about the epoxy flooring project that the company, Colorado Specialty Coatings, LLC was hired to perform on 5-7 of July, 2023. Some of the works were performed, however, we are very disappointed by the poor planning and coordination between CSC, LLC and its sub-contractor. There are several issues that I would like to address.1.Hiring a sub-contractor was never stated during the original negotiations. CSC, LLC communicated to me with the motive of selling their services as the main and sole contractor (Colorado Specialty Coatings, LLC). 2.A service has been agreed upon to be performed and completed during the 5th thru the 7th of July 2023, which CSC, LLC failed to deliver.3.A total amount of $2890 (50% of the total cost) was paid. This included the cost for the parts (epoxy paints) that was never used (silver & blue) and/or never purchased (orange paint).4.As the customer (shouldnt be the case) we were placed in a situation where we had to track the contractor to ensure the work is get done within the agreed upon schedule.Due to this, I am forced to request a refund of $1,400 dollars or total cost of parts not used (provided with a detailed receipt).
