I purchased a new evaporative cooler and gas fireplace from All Seasons (*****************) in June/July 2021 (receipts available). On May 11, 2023 we had water leaking inside our house from the roof. I called the roofer (new roof installed May 2021) to come look at the leak. After looking at the situation, the owner told me the leak was caused by improper installation of the evap cooler and it needed repair asap. He also told me due to this damage, the roof warranty is now void. Meaning we would have to pay the full cost due to the damage to the roof. We will also have a bill for their diagnosis visit. We also have damage inside the home where the leak occurred. Damaged drywall, **********. The same day, I called our General Contractor for a second opinion. The ** came to look on May 15 and agreed the leak was caused by improper installation of the evaporative cooler. Both companies stated it is the responsibility of the company who did the installation to fix their poor work. We have contacted **** multiple times. See list below. Despite multiple attempts, through different avenues, he has not contacted us. His answering service said "I am not sure why he hasn't responded yet", which I take to me he is in town and available. We are leaving the country in two weeks and made sure **** is aware and that if this is unresolved, it could cause more damage. With us leaving and **** ignoring us, I am not sure what I need to do. I would greatly appreciate some assistance with this issue. 5/19 left detailed message with answering service 5/18 emailed again and let him know we are going out of town 5/17 left message w/receptionist; explained problem with **** and asked for message to be delivered asap 5/17 emailed again 5/16 texted follow up 5/16- emailed with photos and explanation of issue 5/15 texted ****** phone about issue with photos Happy to provide copies of the text if helpful.
