The owner called me to ask why we were unhappy and I told her.4)Date we requested refund ? 8/24/22 5)How many times and dates that they stated refund was sent? I called on 9/8 and they said it had been mailed,I called on 9/28 - they emailed on 9/28 emailed on 10/3 called on 10/4 emailed on 10/7 called on 10/21 6)What documents we signed regarding the refund? None all by our phone conversation *** ordered the first load on 7/21 They told him it would be delivered on Aug 10. We paid this on 7/25 I requested that the hay be weighed and they said they would. This was part of my agreement for ordering a second load. I wanted both loads weighed. We ordered another load on 7/26 and paid on 7/27. They said that would be a couple of weeks after the first load 8/13 They called to tell us the load would be here on Monday or Thursday 8/15 or 8/18 It did not show up until later that week or the first of the next week (I will confirm with ******) When the hay was delivered they shorted us 13 ***** (***** and ****** said the ***** seemed very light.) They said it was a communication error with the driver. The delivery date for that was set for 8/25 They no showed and sent an email that they did not come because of the rain. They said they would redeliver it on 8/27 They did not show up until 8/28. On 8/24 I called to ask where the scale ticket was that I requested when I made arrangements for payment They said they did not weigh it like I asked. At that moment ******************** and I agreed to cancel the second load due to all of the confusion and our horses wouldnt even eat it. The owner called me back to see why I cancelled and I told her and she said ok and they would return our money There was no mention of cancellation fees or when they would do this. They are basing the fees they took out of our refund on the shipping cancelation The ship dates were always a moving target and they didnt honor the first scheduled delivery The second delivery was more than a week away when the order was cancelled.I do have several emails and notes to back all of this up.

Purchased 11 bundles (231 *****) ******* "Premium Hay" from Colorado Hay Company (***) advertised on Face Book, on 9/14/2022 for $2992.50. *** delivered to residence on 10/20/22 and I rejected 3 bundles (returned with driver) as questionable quality as brown hay, powdery, smelled foul noted in it. Received a credit memo for $945.00 for the rejected 3 bundles on 10/20/22. Remaining 8 bundles were stacked by *** driver. One bundle broke open, dropped from fork lift. On inspection of first opened bale, noted same brown material, powder, odd smell interior of bale. I notified *** and sent pics of the questionable hay quality, possibly mold, or something else, which can't be fed to horses without health risks. *** agreed to replace hay in a week, but due to my discontent with product, *** agreed to refund my money. Seven bundles were picked up by *** on 11/8/2022 and I received a credit of $1575 from $1890 ( minus delivery charges) to credit card. I questioned the lack of monetary reimbursement for 3 bundles returned on 10/20/22. *** stated they had no record of those 3 *****. *** also stated that the broken bundle would not be refunded in any manner, no justified reason, "except it was on me", a cost of $315.00. I sent a copy of the credit memo for 3 rejected bundles & called the *** and no response from the "responsible party, *********************" to date. Terms do not allow for "charge backs" without threat of financial penalties. *** is denying it's mold. I asked for the "mold report" presumely done on 10/20/22, *** said "no to my request". Colorado **** of *********** informed me, *** supposedly went out of business in 2021, didn't have a valid license to sell hay purchased in ******************** for resale, only home grown or out of state, when I purchased in Sept 2022. Unsure origin of my hay to date. *** refuses to do business with me as I'm "toxic, caustic", but doesn't negate the fact that we agreed to a refund for the hay. Refund 4 bundles of bad hay at $1260
