      Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Subscription Cancellation Process

      To Whom it Concerns,

      I am writing to formally address an ongoing issue regarding the cancellation of our subscription with 5 Star Processing. Despite following the prescribed cancellation procedure outlined by 5 Star Processing, we have encountered significant difficulties in ceasing the subscription and establishing communication with this company.

      Despite our repeated attempts to contact 5 Star Processing via email regarding the unauthorized charges continuing to be debited from our bank account, we have not received any acknowledgment or response. This lack of communication is concerning, as it directly contravenes the standard protocol for addressing customer service matters established by 5 Star Processing themselves.

      Regrettably, our attempts at resolving this matter through email correspondence have been unsuccessful, as there is no alternative means of direct communication provided by 5 Star Processing. As a result, we are left with no avenue but to report this issue to the BBB.

      To facilitate a swift resolution, we are prepared to provide all relevant email correspondences documenting our attempts to address this matter. We request your assistance in rectifying this situation.
