    Order hearing aid for my mom.Sent them back with in a week her ear canal was to small for them.just got refunded today after 8 months of asking for refund.

    I refuse to give them **** a tiny dot in one star. These people are notorious. They are theives. I place an order, they charge me for upgrades that don't exist. Before the order they were texting and emailing me a hundred times a day. After I placed they order and released they were scammers, I requested *********************************** less than 8 hours after placing it. I have a robot not telling me no one is available. After many threatening emails to take legal action, report them to BBB and notify my bank I am going to contest this payment; someone emailed to say they will refund the upgrade. Then another email in which the are attempting to convince me they mailed my order on Sunday 10/1/23. I put the order in on Saturday 9/30/23 and requested 100 times for a cancelation 6- 8 hours after. I did not hesitate to let them know they are fraudulent thieves. They are determined to take my money and will not honor my requests for cancelation. Someone need to shut them down and stop them from ripping off senior citizens of their little savings.

    Bossa Hearing aid parent company! ITS a SCAM. Just tried to order some and it does a publisher clearing house type of scam.They make you got through many pages of "UPGRADES" and extra services. And little check marks you got to unclick to make sure your not getting charged more!After about the 7th page of this I bailed and they charged my Credit card anyway. Before I even had finished the order! Thiefs! Called no help on a weekend. BEWARE. I am calling them and their states DA on Monday and the BBB. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!

    I have been trying to get a refund since March on a Bossa Hearing aid. ****************** keep saying they are checking with finance but no refund. They have admitted that the hearing aids were properly returned. Beware. I feel sorry for them if one of their employees is stealing money which is supposed to be sent to customers.
