    Awful product, company, and people. My cover came with no clips, the covering ripped within 1 week, the "solar features" never worked, the "snow melt feature" does not work on solar but with electric & it took me months to get that adapter and a cord long enough to wind around from the cover to an outlet, it got water-logged within 9 mos - so heavy it broke my lift, it did not protect my water (opened it one day to debris & dirty water!), then the control panel stopped working. They didn't give me any ************* took me months to get that in writing. They ignored every ************ requesting help for more than a year. Even the replacement cover was a piece of sh_t for the same reasons. I had to file a complaint in court after more than a year of a faulty covers & ZERO customer service. Even then, they made me return the cover (not an easy task) for a refund and the check they wrote was for the wrong ************* refused to correct it.Ck out all the complaints & avoid this dishonest company.

    I had faith and hope that they would be able to deliver our cover ordered and paid for on Jan. 30, 2022. Correspondence was iffy at times but prompt at other times. It is now almost November and I have not received a response since Sept. 26. That email was impersonal and confusing. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they have provisionally credited the money back depending on their findings. I am disappointed. We were excited about the technology and looking forward to a spa cover that was a better product than the norm. Oh well.

    These folks are chronic liars. I hate saying that - but it's true. I waited a very long time to get my cover - but I expected that. I had also paid for a lift kit which turned out not to fit my spa. At their suggestion - I returned the lift kit and requested a refund for that item. I turned the kit in June. I have tried to contact them about a dozen times with no luck. I talked to a customer service person who admitted she was having difficulties getting the company owners to issue any refunds...STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS!

    I ordered my spa cover on Feb 1st and received it yesterday. Like many others, I was really getting anxious after waiting so long given that I paid $1300 up front for the cover. I do wish the communication from them was a little better but that said, I did receive a couple of updates and an offer to refund my money, which I appreciated. The last update was for an shipping ETA which turned out was accurate and I got the cover when they said I would. The shipping company reached out a couple of times to update me as well which was nice. The cover arrived without any damage. I had a couple of questions about the install and when I called I got ****** in customer service on the 1st attempt. She was knowledgeable, professional and had no trouble answering my questions. The cover was easy to install and fits nicely. I was r ****** amazed at how light weight it is. In the end, I'm happy to be able to say that I'm very pleased with this purchase.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY. Same experience with my order as the prior reviewers. Cannot reach anyone in customer service, cannot get any details or expectations on when the cover will be delivered even though it was ordered months ago. Sure seems like a scam to me now.
