    Crown Hill landscaped our backyard in Oct 2022. We paid $36,000 for the job which consisted of fencing, stamped concrete **************** running gas for an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, river ***** ************ for bushes, grasses & a tree. During the job, **** would check in and discuss the progress. Once the job was completed, we were pleased. However, cracks quickly formed in the concrete patio. We reached out & **** came to inspect and noted the cracks. He said they would be fixed. An attempt was made to fill them in. At first, they looked good, but the cracks quickly reformed as well as other new cracks. Water pools against the house in one area when it rains. Proper reinforcement was not installed under the walkway which left a gap between the dirt and the concrete (This was supposedly fixed by Crown Hill). Additionally, our fence stain has started chipping.Two sinkholes formed against the sides of the house after a significant amount of rainfall. We notified both **** & the builder. ******* wanted to take responsibility, but we were able to have the builder address the sinkholes. They noted the area was disturbed during Crown Hill's landscaping & stated with proper grading sink holes should not have formed. We notified **** multiple times of every issue we have encountered. When we could get a response, it was usually an excuse as to why we were not receiving responses. **** stated the patio would be fully repoured & there is a 2-year warranty on their work. He stated they could not fix the issues until Oct. 2023. We asked to wait until this coming Spring due to fluctuating Fall temps. We have attempted multiple times to be scheduled & for someone to address the fence. No one has addressed the ********** cannot get a response from *********We understand things can happen, but the lack of *********************** work coupled with the excuses has left us with an unsavory opinion of Crown Hill. We want the problems fixed or we want our money back.

    Back in 2021 I had the following company completely re-landscape my front yard, after getting nothing but praised reviews from others, including, a sprinkler system installed. At the time the sprinklers were having small issues watering the lawn, but not bad enough. Also, this was installed part way through summer.However, the next summer was bad. I had issues with the sprinkler system not watering all my grass (which they installed as well). I called them, they came out and tweaked a few things, and told me how I should be running my system.However, it didn't work, and neighbor even noted the sprinklers weren't covering my whole grass. As the summer went on I quickly watched patches of grass die, due to lack of watering, despite me following their instructions to the letter.Since then I have called the company countless times (8 - 12 at least) since around August. Sometimes leaving messages, other times having to call back to get a live person. Requesting this be resolved, as I trusted them, since I didn't know about sprinklers systems and what not. I relied on their expertise.However, I am always told, when I get someone (they have almost NEVER called back from my voicemails), that they will get in touch with me. It's never happened. I've been told it multiple times, as well as statements that they are very busy, and all of this. I have been patient, I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they were claimed to be busy. I gave them the holidays off. However, I am done waiting. I spent $10,000 on a job, relying on their expertise, as I didn't have the skills and knowledge, and I now have what feels like subpar work, and a company that won't contact me back.I left just another voice mail this last Friday (the 3rd of February), and not sure what to expect. Right now I feel robbed, and wasted a lot of money on poor work I am stuck with, and may have to pay more to fix.

    We have reached out to ***** several times to discuss the matter. We have another meeting set up once the weather is suitable for turning on the sprinkler system so as not to damage the system during the winter.  The main issue is that the grass is needing to be watered more.   However, we will replace the dead grass that needs to be replaced and make sure there is proper coverage to satisy the customer.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. **** ****** will be coming outside the 7 day response period, and have stated in their response, they plan to address all the concerns that I had.
