      We keep receiving invoices from Hills lawn and grounds care for services that were not performed.We canceled lawn service over 1 year ago through numerous emails but keep getting invoices. These cancellations were acknowledged by the company .We would like to file a complaint against Hills lawn and ground services for inappropriate business practices and to help protect the citizens of our community. I am requesting a hand written apology from Hills lawn and garden services as well as removal of charges

      My apologies to the Lileys. We had switched over from quickbooks desk top to quickBooks online. It took us some time to figure out the new system. We definitely had are *** and downs. We did get all the invoices to a zero balance. I did reach out to them and told them there was no balance due. It was a honest mistake on are part. My apologies

      Early in 2024, I had 3 mature trees in my yard: 1 Green Ash tree, 1 Linden tree and 1 Apple ******* 2024, I hired ***** ****, the owner of Hills Lawn and ********** to trim two of my mature trees:1. Trim my Green Ash tree in my back yard. This project was completed to my satisfaction and I paid ***** **** $600.00 for that project on 8/29/24.2. Trim my Linden tree in my front yard. This project was completed to my satisfaction and I paid ***** **** $500.00 for that project on 12/12/***** addition to this work, I asked ***** to trim my Apple tree. ***** did not complete this work. ***** did send me an invoice for $950 with the intention he would trim my Linden (which he did and I paid $500) and trim my Apple (which he did not trim).Since 12/24 I have left several voice messages with ***** telling him I needed to discuss the Apple tree and possibly removing it vs. trimming it. I never connected with *****. I also spoke with his answering service and left messages through them. No response from *****. On 1/30/25, I paid ********************* for removing my Apple tree. I paid American Tree $610.I continued trying to connect with ***** to tell him I had another company remove my Apple tree.Finally, on 1/31/25, ***** returned my calls. Told me that was ill and apologized for not calling me sooner. I told ***** that another company completed the project and that he (*****) needs to correct the invoice as I have paid his company for all of the work they performed. ***** said he understood and would correct the billing mistake. Then ***** verified that my tree trimming needs are completed for 2025.I am still receiving notices that I owe them $450 plus a $25 late fee for a bogus payment that I do not owe.
