      I paid $1,134.00 for two classes a week until 7/10/2025 at their ********,** location and they closed this location on 2/14/2025 and refused to give me my money back for the unused portion of the classes that I already paid for.

      In response to the above complaint.  Our business did not close down. Rather, we merged the location with one of our other ones. All students have been transferred to the new location and have been able to continue to train.  Per the contract - we are able to move locations, and due to the discount they received by paying up front - it was an 28% discount as opposed to going monthly - there  are no refunds under any circumstances. 

      In order to help accommodate the family, we are willing to offer the following. 

      1. Hold the remainder lessons in arrears until they are able to begin bringing their son to classes.  We will be able to  hold them until 12/31/2025. 

      2.If schedule is a concern, we are willing to offer flexible times for the student to come in.  

      3. We can offer multiple lessons in the same day for the student to minimize travel time.

      We purchased sparring equipment from Seo's Martial Arts on March 18, 2024. We still have not received all of the items. The two items that we did receive are unusable without the other pieces. My daughter is no longer a student at the school, as her contract was up on October 21, 2024. I spoke with Master (****) ********** on October 17, 2024 and inquired about the remaining equipment or a refund. He asked me to email him and provided me with his email address. I have now sent three emails and left several messages for him. He has not responded to emails or phone calls. The total of the items purchased is $265.52 and we are requesting a refund from the school for the items that were not delivered. It has been over 7 months since we purchased them and were not told that it would take this long to receive them. The only time we ever got information about the items was when we asked. One of the items we did eventually receive (in late September), they pulled off the shelf in their shop area. Why did they have the items up for sale to others if they haven't fulfilled the orders of customers who have already paid?
