    ****WARNING**** ************ is HORRIBLE!!!!! They came in and brought a guy on his first day, taped everything horribly, took a test (but the guy who did the test was only on day one and screwed it up) they tested it again AND THEN REFUSED TO GIVE US THE RESULTS UNTIL THE INSURANCE PAID THEM!!!! We told them the insurance (or any customer) wont pay until the job is completed and the air is pure. They laughed and said they were basically going to hold us ****** with the test results until the insurance paid him. They are EXTREMELY RUDE. ************ is horrible. They do shoddy work and are rude. They are money hungry jerks who tried to get us to pay them AND our insurance. Our family was already in an incredibly stressful situation and this company made it 100 times worse. These people will not help you but rather shake you down all while telling you what Christians they are. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They also won't pick up their equipment and just leave everything in a disaster state. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

    **** and his team were recommended to us and they did a great job. ****, ******, and ******* were always thorough, punctual, and kept us informed throughout the process. This was the smoothest and most efficient portion of our water/ mold remediation thus far.

    We recently hired Pure Maintenance for mold mitigation during an unexpected kitchen renovation, and I couldnt be more impressed with their service. From day one, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. **** and ****** went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed promptly and done the right way. They even went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule on a Friday afternoon! I especially appreciated their support with the insurance processRyan offered expert insight and helpful advice that made a big difference. They clearly explained every step, from the initial demo to the dry fogging treatment, and kept us informed throughout the entire *********** addition to thorough mold mitigation, they handled the kitchen demo with great care and efficiency. Not only did they eliminate all visible mold, but they also treated the air and surfaces to help prevent future issues. They did a follow up test to ensure the space was safe. The team respected our home, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. This is actually our second time using Pure Maintenance, and both experiences have been truly 5-star.
