    I had confirmed child care from this company (through my employees backup care Bright Horizons) that I set up over a month ahead of time. With less than 12 hours before the nanny was supposed to show up on March 1, 2023 to my house, they canceled her with no communication or explanation. I was not informed at all. The next morning I have no idea why the nanny is not there and I need to go to work. I text the nanny (we had her the day before)- she had no idea why she was taken off the job and asked to go somewhere else. This company won't return my call, I was given no explanation. They just pulled their services and commitment. I cannot get anyone from the company to phone me back despite repeated attempts. Their phone number is never picked up by an actual person. Absolutely unacceptable form of business practice when you are a care provider and have confirmed reservations with a customer.
