    I'm having the worst customer service experience with Two **********************. My dog was attacked on two separate occasions, once in February and again in April.After the first time they said they would send a check to cover the vet bill. I called, emailed, and went to the front desk multiple times. Nobody ever followed up.In April my dog was attacked a second time, this time much worse than the first. Both times they called and told me the dogs were playing and he got a little cut, not a big deal. The second time he had a huge bite in his inner thigh with multiple puncture wounds. And another bite **** on his side they didn't even know about.They offered to take him to the vet, and I asked them to pay the vet directly since they never paid me back for the first time. I assumed all was taken care of until I got a call from the vet, not Two Ponds, a few hours after the attack telling me they hadn't paid. My dog was sitting in a kennel in pain cause they couldn't start until there was a payment. I paid so they could get started. Apparently, there was an issue with the card or some BS but nobody thought there was any urgency.I got a call from a manager afterwards and they apologized for the whole experience. They said they saw all the notes on my account for the first issue but it was missed. They got approval to send two checks to cover both visits. It's almost been 2 months and I only got the first check. They also gave me some free days, but we aren't going back.I'm not someone who writes reviews but I've tried calling, emailing, and going to Two Ponds. A manager is never available and all my calls or emails get no response
