    I hired this business to construct several custom iron railings for my home. They installed railings with visibly uneven spacing between the rungs, and extremely sloppy weld joints. I requested that they redo the work, and they replaced two of the pieces with better quality results, however, when both myself and my contractor attempted to engage them about the remaining two pieces, they stopped responding altogether.

    I would like to start by apologizing for not sending an acknowledgement to the emails dated 4/22 and 4/23. But as you might also know, schedules take time and meetings take time to accommodate and thus our response was taking longer than expected. Again we apologize we did not get to it within our ***** hr turnaround time. 


    Having said that, it was a big surprise to us that a BBB complaint was made on 4/24 without a phone call to our office regarding these emails. From your phone call with ***** this morning 5/25 you mentioned this would be removed upon completing work. We would appreciate it if you would take it down at your earliest convenience as we have never denied continuous work thus our long company years on the field. 
    In regards  to the photographs being presented, ownership would like to meet Tuesday 4/30 at 10AM on the job site to review requests. This is because he wants to clarify what will be worked on and what cannot as we like to emphasize our work is done by hand not machinery ergo the variations and distinguished craftsmanship. We understand you are asking for some changes in it but again ownership would like to walk and discuss further on Tuesday 4/30 @10AM. Please confirm this works for you and if there are any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to email us or call us at our office ************.
