Payment methods

                                                           Payment terms are as follows. No exceptions will be made without prior approval.

                                                         Payment for ACC's services are due upon initial job completion. (prior to inspection).

                                                                                  ACC accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards.

  Payment must be submitted within 24 hours of initial job completion. Failure to do so will result in a breach of contract, and the following fees and interest will be imposed. A $35.00 late fee is imposed instantly. In addition, 10% of the invoice total will be added per day after 24 hours have surpassed initial job completion. This fee will carry on up to 10 calendar days following the initial job completion date which will be found on the invoice. If the balance is not settled within these 10 days an additional $50.00 late fee will be assessed. On top of this $50.00 late fee, 25% of the invoice total will be added per day until the balance is paid in full. A maximum of $5,000.00 can accrue, at which point the invoice will be turned over to collections. Payments can be made with cash, check, or any major credit card. 

 All credit card transactions carry a processing fee of 3.0%. Any invoice totals for products or services that ACC provide are subject to change if a credit card is the chosen method of payment and due at the time of collection.
All green money cash transactions will receive a 5% discount if at least 96 hours of notice are given.
All checks should be made out to Altitude Comfort Control or ACC. Any returned check carries a minimum fee of $50.00 and will include an additional $10 per day fee each additional day from the day of return.
Any accepted proposal that exceeds $5,000.00 requires a down payment of 50% of the overall total.
Any new construction build requires a down payment of 60% of the overall total, 20% is due on approval of rough inspection, and the final 20% is due on the approval of the final inspection. **There are no exceptions to payment terms on any type of new construction proposal. The individual or individuals, the company or companies, and/or the person who signs the agreement will be held financially responsible for the invoice total and any outstanding balance which is owed to ACC for breach of contract terms. We allow a 24-hour period from the day we receive approval of the required city and/or county inspection. Payment must be submitted, with written proof, within 24-hours of the approved inspection. Any day beyond the 24-hour period in which ACC has been approved of the required rough and final inspection, will carry a $35.00 per day fee. The accumulated fees will be due every 15 days until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Acknowledgement of ACC’s pursuit of a construction lien if payment terms are not met within the required time that is allowed for pursuit of a construction lien.

Refund and Exchange Policy

All equipment must be registered with the manufacturer. Please read ACC's terms and conditions which includes instruction on how to register your new equipment. Most new equipment comes with a 5-year limited covered component parts guarantee. 10-year limited compressor guarantee on Air Conditioners, and a 25-year to limited lifetime heat exchanger guarantee on furnaces. Evaporative coolers carry a 5-year limited parts guarantee, and a 10-year to limited lifetime guarantee on the water reservoir.
