My experience here revealed a very poor company culture. I was interviewed, offered a position as a sales rep, accepted on a Friday, started that next Monday, and worked 4.5 days with them, with no itinerary or outline of what the first week would look like, then was let go on the 4th day (that Friday) in an unprofessional, blatantly bogus, and discriminatory way. The sales department displayed a cult-like mindset with two leaders that appeared to manage a revolving door of sales reps that come in, produce what they can, and move on, or are let go. Very much a gatekeeper environment with a lot of gossip and closed door banter. Dogs and children were welcome in the office, which added a balanced nature to the egotistical management style. I was 1hr 45 min late my first day and 5 min late my second day, both with notice of my tardiness due to my childs summer camp schedule / commute, and experienced very passive comments about this. Look for the writing on the wall if you find yourself looking to this company for employment.
