After working with two of his colleagues at ********, I was denied any savings, and my case was then closed with the **** Thankfully ******* was brought in as the closer, and able to pick up the ball, get my case opened again, and get us to the end zone, saving me thousands of dollars of back taxes. I couldnt be happier. ******* was solution based, always had the answers to any question, or concerns that I had, and went out of his way to make me feel like I was his most important client. An expert in his field with years of experience, and it showed. If you are lucky enough to have ******* representing you with the *** then you are in good hands.

    It's not very often that I write a review that rates a service or a product that I received. But I have to say that my Case Manager is a very passionate individual with the goal of helping me and making me feel more at ease in an uneasy situation. He is very detail-oriented, very thorough, and is consistently efficient at what he does. He was very responsive in his communication with me, (a MAJOR pet peeve of mine) and very patient with me, he answered all of my questions and made me feel like I matter. It was truly a pleasure working with him to help resolve my tax issue!

    ******************************** has gone out of his way to help resolve this very complicated mess that I had in my life. I do not believe that without him i would have been in so much trouble tax I would not have seen the light of day. Very friendly and very professional.
