    Avoid this place at all means possible!!!! Do not waste your time or money like I did with this so called company! They dont give a **** about their customers. **** and **** are both a couple of a** clowns! I have had my truck back in there shop more time than it should have ever been. I dropped $20,000 cash with these a** holes to put the best of the best transmission they had to offer! Its been nothing but problem after problem. All these guys do is fight me on fixing the issue and when they fix the problem. A week, a month goes by and Im back in their shop again. In the first 6-8 months they had to complete remove the new transmission they installed and swap it for another new one. Their customer service is horrible their product is garbage! Now my truck is broke down again with a puddle of transmission fluid all over the ground and they are telling me to pay for my own tow truck and then my truck will sit at their lot for 2weeks before they can even look at it. I need my truck its my daily driver. Here I am missing work again and they dont give shit!! Its this is the purple plague!! Do your selves a favor and save your money and go to someone else! These people will rob you and smile at you while they do it!!

    Purchased (used) a copilot from a friend of mine... still under his warranty....I installed it ran it for 1500miles no issues. Went to start the truck in the morning and the copilot was on fire, with smoke filling the cab of the truck....note key was only in the run position allowing air heater to warm up when this happened...I obviously unplugged it and started truck.. check engine light on now... Had several codes for sensor grounds .(never have had any issues with the truck)...After reading several posts on the net, I put a new ****** new solinoid assembly..no fix... called ats and told them what happened with the codes I have and the guy says...I have seen that before...They will not stand behind there products...he said it usually sets those codes and fries the *** when it is first installed....and **** if I bought it new they still would not stand behind there product causing the issue...

    When our Co-Pilot is properly installed, this has never been an issue that we have heard of. The only case we have heard of is when the power wire is exposed on the battery side and rubs through causing it to ground out the sensor causing the sensor to fail but never have heard of anyone destroying the *** due to our product.
    Our Co-Pilot as our device is inline that just reads and monitors the data. The only sensor that we control is the *** (line pressure sensor) everything else we plug into is just to monitor the data. We do not send power or anything to anything, we just modify the signal so ....honestly not sure what would have caused that to happen but it was definitely not our products and we will stand behind that 100%.

    I purchased a Stage 1 transmission from ATS and have experienced an alarming number of issues for a supposedly top-of-the-line product. When the transmission was initially purchased, it was based on ATS saying the transmission would be shipped out in 2 weeks, this expectation was not upheld by ATS the transmission was not shipped until a month after I bought it. The truck is my daily driver and left me without a vehicle for transportation to and from work, etc. for over a month and a half. This resulted in out-of-pocket costs for transportation and extreme frustration. I was finally able to drive away from THE **** on 1/12/2023, the day after the transmission was delivered. The transmission performed well for my daily commute to and from work until 8/22/2023 when I noticed sensor issues I did not drive the vehicle again until I could have it brought to my mechanic on 8/31/2023. According to mechanic, he was in contact with ATS and preforming tests at ATS discretion and took almost a month to diagnose a simple sensor issue because of the constant run around from ATS warranty department. This left me without a vehicle for another MONTH, having to come out of pocket for MORE transportation costs during this time. I finally picked up the vehicle on 9/29. The transmission was fine on the way home from the shop and parked it for the evening. The very next day, upon cranking the truck it was very apparent that the transmission was not running properly to the point that I could not drive it. I immediately called the mechanic and he instructed me to have it towed to his shop and he would get in contact with *** once again to try to diagnose ANOTHER issue a mere day later. Be mindful all tests and diagnosing were done per ATS REQUEST. Im Done with waiting. I asked for refund or they honor their warranty in good time and they simply ignored all of it and sent me a bill to get a new trans and shipping costs to send them back THEIR FAULTY PRODUCT I PAID TOP DOLLAR FOR.

    ATS Diesel has sent ***************** and new transmission and is currently being installed at the shop of his choice . ATS Diesel Has worked with ***************** to make sure all his issues were resolved and taken care of in a quick and ****** manner  .
