      To whom it may concern.

We received your letter on 09/13/2022. We ****** are the administration company for the ********** of *********************** Warranty. I am not able to locate a claim for this customer with the limited information I was provided in the complaint. At this time I do not know if the original repair facility is part of the ************** program. That would be a requirement for possible warranty coverage.   I am happy to review the customer request, but will need these documents: a copy of the/all invoices for the original repair. A copy of the subsequent repair invoice. I have attached a copy of the terms and conditions that we would base the coverage on.

Can I get the needed documents?

I am rejecting this response because:  The original invoice was included with the complaint.  I am attaching them again.

I do not have an invoice for the completed repairs because I was not billed for the repair since it is NAPA's responsibility.  The repair was completed by Fix & Go Auto Repair.  I included an invoice from them with the original complaint as well.  Both Fix & Go Auto Repair and ******************* are NAPA AutoCare Centers.

Also, if the respondent is just the administrator of a NAPA program, who is the correct company against which this complaint should be filed?

      Sincerely,

      *********************

      Customer Answer

      Date: 09/24/2022

The address on the back of the receipt says "NAPA AUTOCARE "PEACE OF MIND", NATIONWIDE WARRANTY CENTER, ****************************************************; But NAPA's response to my complaint makes it sound like I have filed my complaint against the wrong company.  Does the complaint need to be filed against some other part of NAPA?  I cannot discern whether they have multiple companies intended to shield them from consumers filing their complaints against the correct company.

I am working with ************** on a solution. Hope to have it finalized soon. I will update this complain when we are concluded.
