    We Paid our nonprofit PTA website invoice to DigitalPTO in Feb 2024 for $249.99 for the premium plan, which we have had for 10 years. On May 13, 2024 they reverted our website back to the free plan, which does not have same features as the premium plan and renders the site unusable. No one answers the phone or email to offer help with this or any other website account issues. I need the account converted back to the premium plan. Our website is oaktonpta.net.

    Our PTO ***** of ********* changes each year and we just received a charge on our credit card from Digital PTO for an auto renewal. Prior to the charge, we have tried to contact them numerous times and to no avail. The only phone number on their website is a ****** phone voicemail. We are going to dispute the charges of $349.99 with our credit card company. However, if Digital PTO is no longer an active business, they need to shut down their website and stop charging non-profit organizations for subscriptions that do not work.

    Digital PTO will not return any of ******************** PTOs attempted communication. We are trying to terminate our website prior to its annual renewal date. Multiple attempts have been made to cancel over the last few months with no response. Communication has been made by email and phone. At this point, 8/1/2023 Digital PTO has renewed the website and billed *******************, former ********* PTOs treasurer, personal credit card $349.99. We are asking for the website to be cancelled and the $349.99 refunded

    On March 8, 2023 Digital PTO reduced our account to the free service plan saying we had not paid for the *************** Plan, which we have had for years. The Premium Plan of $249.99 was paid to Digital PTO on Feb 11, 2023. Our website should not have reverted to the free service plan. The free service plan does not include the same services as the more expensive *************** Plan. I have been sending help requests since March 8, 2023 and not a single person has responded. I cannot find a working phone number for this company. I would appreciate an answer and a credit for the 8 weeks that we paid for the Premium Plan but have not been able to use it.

    I am the webmaster for a high school PTO site. We are paid in full for our digital PTO subscription however Our site has reverted to the free option and is now unusable. I cannot get anyone to respond to emails or voicemail. ***************** for Digital PTO seems non existent. We are in the middle of our only fundraiser and people cannot access the site to sponsor the event. The invoice number that was paid was *******

    I am treasurer for the nonprofit organization ***************************** PTO. We have used DigitalPTO for the past 5 years for our website. On July 25th, 2022, I tried deleting the ***************************** PTO website (http://www.nhespto.org/). I never received a confirmation email. I tried again on July 27th, 2022 only to find out I was locked out of our account. I have contacted DigitalPTO through their helpdesk, through their billing department and through their general contact email. I have received NO correspondence from them except an automated response. Our ********** ************************ has also tried to delete the website with no success either. She has also contacted the company through the same channels and had no luck either. She is also locked out of the account. I tried to reinstate my account and that didn't work either. They charged our credit card the yearly renewal on August 1, 2022 for another year of service. I am disputing this charge through the credit card as well. The address on the invoice is different from the address on the website for DigitalPTO. The invoice says *********************************************************************************************.
