  Invited a dear friend to join me for a week of hiking near ************* in connection with the delightful Wildflower Festival there. My friend, who lives at about sea level, would need to adapt quickly to between ***** nearly ****** feet of elevation. I ordered a concentrator (with both mask and cannula) to be delivered to my friend's hotel room (***************), and everything worked very well, with zero hassle, and was a very positive experience.Ordering from Alpine Oxygen was super easy, and the machine was in place in my friend's hotel room when she arrived. Video made set-up and usage easy. On our departure, hotel staff brought the concentrator to front desk and tagged it for pick-up. I emailed Alpine Oxygen to let them know concentrator was ready for pick-up, and they confirmed to me by email that they'd picked up the concentrator some hours later. They included a copy of my paid invoice with that email.FYI, My friend slept with the mask the first night, then used the cannula after that, overnight, and during the day if headache or other symptom occurred. By the end of the week, friend said she felt no need for the concentrator..

  We were vacationing at Snowmass when my Husband was having shortness of breath and fluid retention ( not cardiac related) due to altitude sickness. I reached out to Alpine Oxygen and spoke to Joe. He had the machine at our rental within the hour. The emails were informative about the use of the machine ( videos as well) and very professional. On our last night of vacation the machine malfunctioned , so we put out a call to Alpine Oxygen and within 45 minutes Joe hauled a replacement machine up 3 flights of stairs to our unit. What a wonderful and positive experience dealing with Alpine Oxygen!!
