    I have had a very positive experience with this company and property owner for over a decade. As a tenant of a property owned by the company here in ******** for the past twelve years, I have had no problems and few maintenance issues. The landlord has always attended to maintenance requests expeditiously and he keeps the apartment in beautiful condition. I have furthermore found the owner to be easy to work with and above all, ethical and professional. He is responsive and accommodating and goes the extra mile for me. I couldt be a happier tenant. I heartily recommend this company to any prospective renter.

    I stayed in PH 006 ******** Condo and it was a beautiful place in a great neighborhood for 18 months. I hated to leave. The landlord was responsive to my needs. If something needed fixing he would sent over a repairman or I would line it up and have the bill send to him. He was always accommodating to my needs and made everything easy.
