    This business cleaned my chimneys but has no idea how to properly clean fireplace inserts. He pushed loads of soot into the flue and clogged it. He refused to come back to try to trouble shoot or to refund my money. Hes incompetent and a thief

    This company refused to give me the follow up they promised and which I requested numerous times. They were to send the receipt for my payment and photos of all the vents that they took, the before and after. They have not sent the photos after over 2 weeks so I truly don't know if they even cleaned them. I took over a week to send a receipt and even then, they sent one for a price far different from the amount I paid. They also go by a whole different company name which makes me very suspicious. The other name is **********. Go figure Be warned!

    I would give this company 0 I was told I would get the $139 deal.The tech got here, went on the roof and took a video on his phone that showed the roof, not the gutters.He said the gutters are full and 4 downspouts are clogged.He called the office and they said it would be $389.I agreed to $250, (stupid on my part) the tech did a good job cleaning the gutters, but he only ran the clog brush down 1 downspout and I saw that the brush did NOT push out any clog.Clearly a bait and switch and totally dishonest people.STAY AWAY!!!

    If I could give ZERO stars I would. I agree with the other complaints against this company. I too thought I was receiving a reputable company but after getting the invoice I was proved wrong. This company is a scam and should be shut down for fraud! I took was quoted $69 and invoice stated $400.40 for 10 minutes of work. We disputed with our credit card company. Stay away and shut this company down!!!!

    Total bait and switch scam. They fraudulently posed as a reputable company and I of course didnt realize I was scammed until I got the invoice that said they were Denver Air, LLC. They tried to upsell and didnt even provide the services they claimed they would. Stay far away. The owners name is *********************** and hes a fraud.
