    DisappointedSame Issue, Just Six Months Later I paid nearly $600 in October 2024 for a refrigerator repair that included replacing the inverter and condenser fan. Now, just six months later, Im experiencing the exact same problema loud noise and cooling failure.When I contacted the company, I was told there's no warranty, and the implication is I should pay the same amount again to fix what seems to be a recurring issue. That doesnt feel right. I would have expected more accountability for a high-cost repair that failed so quickly. I hope the company reconsiders how it handles repeat failures within such a short time frame. Customers deserve better.

    Will we did pay you $120.00 for the initial estimate, the Technician did come and install the shocks it did not fix the problem.I **** ****** was here when he said the work was completed, I asked if he had ran a load of towels to check it, he said yes, being disabled I was unable to confirm it and took him for his word and paid him. When my wife got home from work, she said there was nothing in the washer, she ran a load of under ware and the washer was not fixed it was doing the same thing, therefore your technician lied, so I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call me back and one never did so I reversed the charge on my Credit ******** they are billing us for the balance of $268.32.

    I contacted for repairs end of Jan 2025 for ***** Fridge. Technician came out, seemed knowledgeable., id the part. Told me the part would arrive 14 -17 February. Date slipped - "backordered" no new date. Calling every few days they had no new date saying the part needed to be ordered from ******* and would update me by checking with the technician By March I had enough. I always had to call them. They have numerous phone numbers....interesting;The last time I called I requested the part number and cost. They needed to call the tech and would call me back. No call back. The next morning I called again and reminded them of our conversation the day before and said I would wait on line for the information - I finally got cost $1278 and part number. I called Mile and within 20 minutes had the part at a cost of $252 and delivery in three ******* what are these guys trying to pull. ******* customers, fraud or just incompetence all the way around, or all of the above??I canceled my order and request refund. They refunded me promptly minus the service charge which I do not think I should have to pay due to their totally dropping the ball and leaving me without a fridge a month and a half.

    Paid $80 for trip charge & diagnostics on ******* range that wouldn't stay on. Tech told us it was the breaker, but didn't write it out. I emailed customer service later asking for a written diagnosis I could send to home warranty. They said the tech said only, "Found incorrect voltage from the outlet" with no elaboration (so two different diagnoses). Later, as a fluke, we tried replacing the range cord on our own with a new 220 we happened to have and it works fine now. Disappointed in this company's lack of information, inability to find an easily fixable problem such as cord replacement, and unwillingness to maybe try a little harder (or train their techs better).
