    South Metro appliance is expensive, and the work is very shotty. They do not honor their warranty and they will not call you back if you have any problem. Do not use them.

    The repair was completed on August 22, 2023 and the fridge was working properly at that time.  On 3/5/24 customer called in stating he texted about 2 months ago and did not receive a response.The office asked for the customers information to check on it.Customer stated he was going to leave a bad review on ******************* and hung up on staff. We did not receive the text. We never received a phone call for a follow up on his text until today 3/5/24. We always honor our warranty but the customer needs to take appropriate steps to contact us if they did not receive a response back. All techs leave a card, a magnet and a pen with all information to call into office. This unit is still under warranty and we are more than happy to make a follow up visit to see what the issue is now.
