      Ordered a replacement Viper remote. It was listed as new. It wasn't. I was sent a Cobra remote and it didn't pair. I reached out asking to send the remote back and was given authorization January 31st. The item was shipped on February 11 and received on the 18th. Drive-In Autosound informed me that they only received a battery and the remote was not sent. ********************** is the ground tracking for the item.I don't not have the remote. It didn't work, there's no reason for me to keep it. I wish they would have said no, to the return rather than inform me that they think I stole a remote I cannot use.

      We *** not sell and do not have any CObra remotes in our entire company.  We shipped and verified the unit set was the Viper remote ordered.  We did authorize a return to give good customer service but only recieved the battery that comes in every Viper remote.  If this was an issue with shipping we suggest the cutomer contact the carrier and file a claim.  We are unable to issue a refund as the product shipped was not returned.   We have also supplied the cutomer wiht pictures of the returned battery and several employees were pressent and verified that is all that was in the box.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The battery in the remote was a purple fuji battery and was tossed. My regret is doing business with the company but I've learned to conduct unboxing and boxing videos from now on.

      I didnt send just a battery.

      I habe also received my refund. Please close this case.
