  Hi, several months ago I, *****************************, having filed a claim with ********************* for collision rapair of my ***** CR-V 2010 (i.e bumper, driver side door) found that instaead of repair, the bumper, hood were replaced by Frame Doc LLC with cheap material replicas possibly even for a different year -make-model vehicle-rather than the original vehicle; the hood which had minimal paint damage and did not need replacement nor was included in the insurance agreement -appraisal-coverage was also replaced without discussion/agreement - with a cheaply made material subsitute . I would like my old , considered stolen **** returned to the vehicle. bumper was also unnecessarily replaced with a shorter in horizontal dimension replica also made of cheap material.. i brought this to the attention of the repair person ***** after the repairs but was met with assurance that the parts were oem. the paint is also slightly different than the original rest of the vehicle. i emailed the business and left phone message but have not heard any response. (**************-Frame Doc, LLC, this is ***************************** writing. in recent repairs of my vehicle 2010 crv, I brought to your attention that the bumper appeared different from my original grey ***** crv 2010 and apperaled shorter in horizontal dimesion than the original. you assured me that the parts were oem, however I later found this to be false. the material of both the bumper and the hood which did not need replacement are subpar-post market replica, the paint does not match rest of vehicle, material cheap plastic alloy. some of the reparis performed (such as thood replacement) were not on the insurance quote and were not consensual - the hood replacement was not consensual. please make arrangements to return the taken hood, i would like it back.- it only needed a paint job. the bumper is shorter than the one from the original 2010. i reported this to the insurance company. the repairs not agreed upon are considered unlawful.

  we was doing 2  progressive claims  same time and instol exacly parts wath insurence paying for .all work was done properly .lady came for pick it up car i give her the key for check the car, i was busy with another customer ,and she supposed to pay 1500$ for two claims deductible  750$ each when i was talking wit another customer she just drive away ,and never came back she still owe 1500$ for Frame doc.and her car repair was done properly and all complete.
