      Date of transaction: October 25, 2023 Amount of money paid to business: $2,000 What the business committed to provide to me: The business was suppose to do a custom star headliner and paint my pillars black as well as fix my sunroof. Nature of dispute: Picked up the truck with broken parts and few weeks later found more broken parts. The painting was not done right and started peeling a week later. Sunroof stopped working after 3 days. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: Called the business and told them about the problems they said they would set a date for me to take it in waited patiently and 5 months passed with ignored calls and texts where i have screenshots, made a honest review about the business on social media and it got a lot of attention he decides to text me right away and respond in the comments very unprofessionally, cussing and more. I do not feel comfortable taking my truck back to get fixed after the owner came at me very unprofessionally and never responded to me for 5 months. I gave the shop a chance to fix the truck but 5 or more months passed without no response and posted my review.
