    August 1 2022: got full detail at red carpet car wash in aurora (Havana Mississippi) paid $150 on debit rest in cash.Next day went to ***** about broken part. ***** came out to my car, took down my and my cars info, and agreed to replace the part. He sent me to the ****** dealership on Havana to confirm correct part before he would order it. *** at ****** helped me and gave me correct part number (58410-0R080-C1) and said he would help ***** when he calls.I have called countless amount of times from august to now (December) I call both locations (****** and aurora) 2x a week and he has not returned any phone calls or voice mails. I have also talked to multiple employees who all say they can not contact him and that they would relay the message (take down my name and number) or tells me to call the other locations to look for him. Because of the broken part in the back of my car, we have to make adjustments and not use the back for things like packing for work, travel, and my dog cant stay in the back without falling through the floor and getting hurt.I would like the part replaced like ***** promised. I would also like a full refund for the inconvenience that was caused to me and my family. I would like
