My vehicle was picked up and delivered by this company. When we received our car, the back window was completely shattered and it collapsed when the driver removed it from the truck. We were told by the driver to contact the dispatch company as well as the owner of the trucking company. When I reached out to get assistance with getting my window fixed, I was told that they wouldnt help me because there were items inside the car and that one of the items broke the window. In the videos and pictures taken by myself as well as the driver, you can see that there is nothing in or near the windows other than blankets and a couple pair of pants. You can hear the driver in the video saying that he sees that there are only blankets in the window and he doesnt know what caused the break. This company is terrible. I would run far away from them. Do not trust them with something as valuable as your vehicle

They damaged my vehicle while transporting it. They were found at fault. A total of ~$4400 of damage was found. Their insurance provider paid $1900 and instructed Top One to pay me the $2500 deductible which they have refused to pay me. They owe me $2500.

    Business Response

The costumer refused to meet the driver at the place that the driver had chosen , which was a mile away and had NO TREES ,and instead he made the driver to deliver the car to that exact parking lot, and assured there are NO TREES. The driver gets to the parking lot, that was chosen by the costumer and there are trees and the driveway is very narrow as well. The car gets scratched by the trees.  *********** offers to get it Buffed out since its only tree scratches , the costumer refuses and insist using his own shops, later we receive two estimates from two different shops for painting the whole car( which is outrages, you don't paint a car because of some tree scratches, we have been in this industry long enough to see and to deal with issues like this ) one estimate is around $2500 and another one is $4300 ( around) and of course the costumer goes with the shop that came up with the higher estimate.

We never refused to pay for the deductible, we will pay to the shop after they paint the car just like they claimed on there estimate . We have told this to the costumer as well numerus of times.

I am rejecting this response because:

I paid to have the car delivered to my address. The driver suggests an address eight miles away. I am not going to uber to receive a vehicle I paid to get delivered to my address. ****** asks me to find a parking lot without trees. I find the largest parking lot I can find and instruct him that this is the best I can find. He comes to parking lot and runs into one of the few trees immediately and without hesitation. He did not consult me about the situation or warn me, he just ran into the tree. It is not my job to find a good location. I paid for the vehicle to get delivered to my address, not eight miles away. It is not my job to drive the truck or find the location. Insurance immediately put driver and company at fault in the incident. Very clear case of fault.

I was instructed to get two repair estimates.

One shop's estimate is $2300, but they clearly state that this is an INITIAL quote to attempt to repair paint without repainting. They assured me that there will be scratches that will require repaint and that the quote will get larger.

The next shops estimate was $4300 but was a COMPLETE estimate to repair all the damage.

Both shops AND the insurance provider guaranteed that some repainting would be necessary. The insurance provider's quote came in at roughly $4200. It is my right to fix my vehicle at the shop that I would like it to fix it at. If the damage amount is too high quoted by the shop, why did the insurance provider quote an almost identical amount of damage and pay out for the damage to me?

The insurance provider instructed Top One to pay me the deductible for the incident which they have refused to do. They claim they are willing in this message but they clearly are not willing due to the fact that I have not been paid the deductible. They were instructed to pay me the deductible, not the shop. I am not taking my car to a shop and risking them not paying. I will take my vehicle to the shop once Top One has given me the money owed to me as they have been instructed to by their insurance provider.

Irrefutable summary: Top One has been put at fault for the incident by their insurance provider, their insurance provider has agreed to damage amount and paid me their portion, and their insurance provider has instructed them to pay the deductible for the incident to me. They have refused to pay me.

    Sincerely,
