    This company does not respect when the cstomer ask to be removed from the calling list! I do not own a 2014, 2017 or 2020 GMC Terrain. Yet the calls come at least 10 times per day.... EVERYDAY!!! I feel as if im being HARASSED and my prvacy is now compromised! Ive blocked the number just to continue calls through other numbers but same company!!

    I receive numerous calls from this company regarding extended warranty for my vehicle. I have instructed this company each time to remove my telephone number as I am not interested in extended warranty. They call incessantly during my work hours which has become an absolute nuisance. My request has been disregarded as they continue to call.

    I received the attached letter about a car I have never owned. I want this company to stop contacting me. I previously received multiple calls from them.

    They will not stop calling me about my car's waranty and I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling.

    The "Vehicle Service Department" has called me religiously for the past 2-3 years about my auto warranty on a 2016 Chevy Silverado. I haven't owned this vehicle in 4 years. I haven't even had a car for the last 4 years. Every time I answer and try and get company information they hang up on me. I have tried opting out of their calls, being put on their DNC list but the calls start up again shortly after. The are deceitful knowingly mass calling everyone, being very short on details, and hanging up if you ask questions. They use numbers with my 520 area code or surrounding codes to make it seem like they are local and not doing what they are doing. They pretend to be apart of your vehicle service department/division making you think its the dealer/company you purchased your vehicle from. It is a malicious act. This month alone, they have call me 20+ times from the numbers below. I can provide call logs from verizon wireless proving this if needed. I have also been on the DNC registry since 2018.

    I have received a number of calls from this company asking for a person other than myself. I have told them to stop contacting me, and my number is on the national do not call list. This company is clearly predatory and attempting to take people's money. It is absolutely shameful what they are doing and I hope that they receive every possible legal penalty once the authorities eventually turn their attention to them.

    I have never purchased, traded, inherited or given a vehicle in my entire life and I have no reason to purchase or the claim is I owe on the insurance. I don't know how they received my address or my name but I'm being sent urgent reply request notice when I don't have any idea what I am being contacted for a vehicle I don't own . I've never even held a driver's license better yet a car

    I got a letter in the mail from the “Vehicle Service Department” in August saying that my warranty on my 2021 Kia Forte was going to expire and that an “immediate response was requested”. I called them, confused, and went through the initial process, which was similar to the process of getting a car insurance quote. The “representative” gave me a quote. When I told the “representative” that I would talk about it with my spouse and call back later if we were interested, he blew his cover and became very pushy. At this point it was obvious to me that I wasn’t going to pay for this “service”. He kept pushing, though, and I kept saying “no, thank you”. Then he hung up on me.

    A month later I got two advertisements in the mail. One was pink, identical to the first one and also said “immediate response requested”, but the expiration date was later than the first one. The second one looked quite a bit different initially, but the wording in fine print at the bottom was exactly the same. The only change was that one said “All policies are through Auto Protect USA” and the other said “All Policies are through Evercare Direct”.

    I received a letter from Vehicle Services Division - no company name was mentioned anywhere in the letter - stating that "our records indicate that you have not contacted us regarding the vehicle service contract on your vehicle."

    I do not have a vehicle service contract with "Vehicle Services Division" or any other company.

    There is no way to contact these "agents" except to call. There should always be a method to request an unsubscribe or a do not contact request.

    I do not want to receive any mail or false demands from this company A person answers the phone from "Auto Care Warranty".
