Contacted Bail Bonds (only name given was off a female called "*******"), ***********). Reaching out on 10/4/2024. We were told we could obtain her services to bond out my girlfriend. After talking with said name person we received a list of documents and a price we needed to obtain. The following morning we sent out several phone calls and text messages from 2 different phone numbers; to receive no response. We then finally received a reply via text message stating "She couldn't assist us and would refer us to a friend that could help the following day 10/6/2024. Leaving my girlfriend to set in jail for 2 days. When we stated that maybe she shouldn't have agreed if she couldn't do the job. She then proceeded to tell us "we could find another bails bond and following cut off communication. As a United States Marine this was unprofessional, time wasting and believe this needs to be brought to attention, as well as some sort of compensation or action if correction, even just being made to finish the job; being as my girlfriend is in jail for an additional 2 days based off of verbal agreements made to accept the business and request of services that weren't performed.
