    **************** location. I made an appointment with a gentleman named ****. He assured me that someone from the office would be reaching out to me to set up a quote, but they would be backed up for 4-6 weeks. I called the office several times with no calls back. I finally tell them that I am pulling out of the arrangement and get a call back in a couple of hours. **** tells me that because they had some clerical error on their end, I would now need to wait until February. When I explained why this is ridiculous, an emotional spouse was put on the phone to explain to me that they had lost my address, do not want to come this far out (good to know now), that they are a family owned business (as to excuse them from doing good business), and that the job in itself would have been a favor to me (even though they were charging me full price with a travel fee). She was critical of me for "stressing her out." They did offer to let someone who is just getting his certification to do his very first install on my house "if he passes his exam." Would anyone let someone with no experience cut into their roof?
