      Received letter from Budget Control Services regarding payment of $143.51 I paid on February *******. I have a reference number. I paid it . Then received a second letter threatening action if I dont contact them in 5 days . And as the letter states your failure to corporate can only make matters worse . Amazing

      Ms. ******** account was assigned to our office for collections on November 26, 2024. Our records confirm that we engaged in communication with Ms. ******* and her account has been paid in full.

      We apologize for any potential miscommunication that may have taken place. Her account has been cleared up and removed from collections.

      In response to the referenced complaint of ***********************, Budget Control Services, Inc., (BCS) offers the following response:

      ************** had a collection account assigned to our office on May 17, 2019, by *************************** P. C.  This is for medical services performed out of ***********************.  Our records show that we have made numerous attempts to contact ************** regarding this collection matter.  On November 19, 2020, we received a credit bureau dispute that we reviewed, and all her personal information matched so we updated her credit report to show this was a dispute. On November 27, 2020, we received correspondence from ************** requesting validation of this debt.Validation was printed and mailed to her.  

      Over the next year we continued to receive credit bureau disputes we again verified that all her personal information matched, and the account was reporting as a dispute on her credit report. In December 2021 in response to another dispute we received we again printed and mailed the validation to her. We received a new address, so we updated and remailed the validation.

      We have received more credit bureau disputes from ************** and each time we have validated that she was the patient. We continue to report this open account as a dispute to the credit bureau.
