Thank you for taking out time to reach us and sorry for your lost, We regret to know youve experienced such an issue and hardship where you try and make some trade and option to do investment trading and you end up running into loses with companies guilty of embezzling and depriving investors of their money and profits sadly that how the trading world is now it what it turned into but there a way out and that by you getting to recover all your lost funds back, your profits included and probably charge them with a lawsuit for Illegal Embezzlement of funds. Voicemail I received today: "Miss ***** from ********* in regards to a derogatory that has been turned over for collections today I do have to call your job to verify your employment at that time a decision will be made on your behalf in order to resolve this can you please call me back today I can be reached at ************ this communication is from a debt collector.." I have no idea what debt this person is referencing. This company should NOT be calling my job to verify employment, or even threatening to do so. Even if I had a debt, verifying my employment is not something they should be conducting. I have NEVER signed anything with this company, nor any other company giving permission to contact my employer, or anyone other than myself for that matter. If my employer, or any previous employers, or anyone else is contacted referencing me, I will contact my attorney to pursue further action.Business Response

On 06/09/2025 @ 4:15pm I received a call on my phone which, I didn't answer due to me being at my job, I got a voicemail threating from Ms. ***** stating that she will be calling my job taking action on my behalf if I didn't respond back to the voicemail, Not 2 mins later Ms. ***** called my job and demanded to speak with me, which I did but then she proceed to speak to me in a rude way a demanding I paid the amount in full or does it have to be put on a payment plan and when could she accepted a call back from me. I told her she would have to wait for me to get out of work and proceed to try and intimate me. She needs better work ethics and how to treat customer.Business Response

06/05/2025 Received a call from a Ms. ***** while at work. Message states that she will be contacting my employer. This lady never said what this debt was for or who it was for. I never received anything in the mail. I am confused as I filed bankruptcy 10 months ago, so I do not know what's going on. Before threatening someone job maybe they should leave more information and send something in the mail and give someone a chance to respond. I received a phone call from this number at work. The lady proceeded to demand me on the phone to the secretary stating if the secretary didnt get me on the phone she would have to speak to my boss. The secretary finally was able to take a message but demanded it be labeled as URGENT. This was not an urgent matter to pull me away from my work. When I called back assuming this was URGENT she demanded I pay the amount right now. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE.Business Response

The west hill debt collection. First they told me I could qualified for matching payments towards my debt. Then after my first payment they said no it was just for one payment and only if I gave a good rating on their website. I asked for a payment plan in writing and she said be patient it might take *********************************************************************************************** my payment plan . I tried to stop the payments and they still took money out. This is a scam debt collector.Business Response

The Office of ********* made a payment arrangement with me where in I pay $100 bi-weekly in a debt. I have never received any documentation, balance info, or payment receipts from them. My bank account was hacked and when I gave them my husbands card info the tried to take the money 2days early and locked his card for fraudulent activity. I advised them and gave them my new card info and again this week they tried to take the payment a day early and locked my account. I advised them I am currently hospitalized and never received a confirmation or anything advising that they would work with me. At this point I am contemplating getting an attorney involved for them breaching the agreement t by trying to take the money before my due date and for not sending me any receipts, copy of agreement that I did not sign, or balance informationBusiness Response

In June of this year, I reached out to the offices of Westhill requesting they provide me a copy of the original contract for the loan they had been collecting directly from my ***** bank account by submitting an untheorized electronic check to my bank. The electronic checks were being paid to Westhill for a Plain Green loan that I had fallen behind on payments on. The electronic check had my incorrect address on it (I have provided 1 check for proof, I can provide all the copies of the checks if needed) totaling in the amount of $2,700.I sent Westhill an email directly on their webpage requesting they stop withdrawing payments on my account until they provided me with the original contract with the original amount owed and balance. Westhill responded to me through my email which I have provided copies of our email communication. Westhill requested I provide them with time to gather the information I had requested from them, it has been 2 months and Westhill has not provided me with the proof I requested through email. I had reached out to Plain Green Loans (the original loan holder that supposedly Westhill was collecting for) in June of this email to attempt and make an arrangement with them and they informed me they no longer owned my loan. The response from Plain Green Loans is what made me reach out to Westhill to request proof of the attempts they made to contact me before they took it upon themselves to submit fraudulent checks to my bank with incorrect information on them. The checks stated Westhill was collecting for Plain Green loans but according to Plain Green I no longer owed them money because they no longer owned my loan. I also requested Westhill to provide proof that I agreed to have them electronically withdraw $50 2X a month and the dates I supposedly agreed to the electronic withdrawals. supposedly Westhill was collecting from my bank account to pay my Green loan but according to Green Loans, I do not have a debt with them any longer.Business Response
