      Date of Transaction:November 27, 2024 Amount Paid:$2,000 What the Business Committed to Provide:The business, InfoBridge LLC, was hired to design and develop a fully functional website for my business, including email marketing integration and custom functionality, with the promise of delivering a complete project by the end of December 2024.Nature of the Dispute:The project remains incomplete and far below the quality promised. Despite repeated communication and attempts to collaborate, only a single sales landing page has been produced, riddled with errors and omissions. Features such as the ingredient section, accurate reviews, and the proper use of photos and videos I provided were not implemented. Furthermore, a subscription app I did not authorize was added, which violates our initial agreement of having no hidden or ongoing fees.The business failed to meet its deadline, causing me to miss critical holiday sales and New Year's promotions. After requesting a full refund due to the significant delays, the business owner assured me I would receive the refund by Friday, January 17, 2025, but as of today, no refund has been processed.Whether or Not the Business Tried to Resolve the Problem:The business has been unresponsive to recent follow-ups regarding the refund. Earlier promises to resolve the matter or deliver the website have been unmet.Advertising Details:I discovered this business through their online advertisements showcasing professional and high-quality website development services.
