    We hired AEG to do a complete remodel and renovation of the primary bathroom. Part of the job included a Japanese standing tub and an entirely new shower. The complaint is that they sent an unqualified plumber in my house to do a job he was not qualified for and had no experience installing the tube. After going back and forth with project lead ********** decided to fire them and hire someone else. The new plumber noticed a number of errors and said I should request to see his license, which I did. One was never provided. I spoke with the owner and shared photo and videos of errors in work and how much it's cost me to have stuff remove and reinstalled. I had my new contractor speak with him to share and confirm the issues. At this point I was asked to send copies of invoices but nothing since. Its been a year now and I tried to forget, but we just discovered another leak that we are about to confirm is the result of incompetence. Thank you

    Hello,

    We Apologize that you feel the way about *********** but we have explained to you that you hired us to install a valve and then you changed the Trim on it later on. The valve did not fit the new trim you ordered, you have to buy trim and valve that are suitable with each other. But you changed it and its not suitable.We talked to your contractor and explain that. It not his fault or . Ours. This project was done about 2 years ago we left a balance due until your parts arrived and instead of calling us back you went ahead and hired another contractor. If you would like to discuss this issue we are more then happy to set up a call and go through everything together. This may look to you like its our fault or understand why either you have to change the valve that we installed and pay again to get a new valve  that fits your new trim or order the trim that is suitable to the valve we have installed.
