    I am trying to pay back a loan held by this credit union. My account was frozen and it's told me to call the branch to resolve it. I've been trying for over a week trying to get. A hold of someone there with no response. They never answer their phone and don't call back. I can't make payments to my loan anymore

    Fitzsimons gives the same answer everytime to call them.  And then no one answers. Ever.  It's always a call back and when you email them they just tell you to call them.  

    I've gotten my loan paid but I'm seriously concerned about being able to get my title from them

    I am rejecting this response because: They do this every time. They give their contact info, say to call them and have an associate to help. But then you call them and no one answers, every single time. This business is horribly run and shouldn't be taking money from anybody. They are the worst run credit union, maybe worst run business I've ever had the displeasure to work with. My problem finally got solved, but they should not be in business.
