First transaction: Sept. 15th 2022. Amount=$1,000 Second transaction: January 7th 2023 Amount=$3,090 I wholeheartedly gave my trust in Bo (*********************) to make 4 customized Nika * wheels through his company, SK Forged. Everything seemed normal in the beginning, even facetiming to help me get wheel measurements for my widebody kit. It was efforts such as this, that lead me to believe I was in good hands. I made my first deposit of $1,000 to "hold the spot" for a supposed limited edition wheel. I was told ***** weeks production time. It has now been 24+ weeks with very little said about progress. After checking in with him for the third time, my messages and calls were left unanswered. My original quote was for $7,000. At first, he wanted the full amount, which should have been my first clue that I was making a mistake, but it was agreed I'd pay half the amount now and half when they're done. My widebody build has been on hold for months, while I was patiently waiting for my wheels to be produced. I am now out $4,090 without receiving anything. I worked so hard for this car build and the money to fund it. I've wasted almost a year's time, thousands of dollars, and a whole lot of faith. I feel cheated, wronged, and scammed.. With the words "Customize your dream", ** and SK Forged have completely ruined mine. I am respectfully requesting a full refund of the $4,090. Please stop stealing innocent people's dreams.Initial Complaint

Between March 2022 and December 2022 I paid SK Forged 12,100$ for a set of custom wheels for my car. All payments were made through Venmo or wire transfer. I have not received any updates or pictures from the company. When I inquire about my products, I am ignored for weeks and avoided. I tried to seek help through Venmo regarding my 2,200$ transaction to SK Forged through them, and was denied help or any compensation.Initial Complaint

I ordered custom *********** from this company in 2021. Between 2021 and the present, July 2023 I have yet to see any remorse for the fake delays, have received countless excuses on why these wheels havent shipped, and have been pushed off since February 2023 when I requested a refund. This seller has blocked me in order to avoid answering my inquires or deliver the requested refund. The people running this business are questionable and fail to operate in a way that delivers wheels to customers. I am sitting here two years later without wheels or any of my funds returned.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid $5500 for wheels back in October 2021 and was told ***** weeks for completion. I asked for an update after a bit over a month and they told me things were going well. Another couple months went by and I asked for another update and they told me that their factories got shut down due to COVID. Understandable, so I waited another month (now February 2022) and asked again and they said everything is back open and my wheel faces are done, just waiting for barrels to restock, so I was quite excited. They told me 2/3 weeks for the restock. 2 more months went by and I asked and apparently they got shut down again. So I wait a bit more, asked again in June and they had resumed production. In July I asked and they said they were at the finishing stage and should be done soon. They had 16 sets in front of me but told me that mine should be done in 3-4 weeks. So I waited 4 weeks and asked again in and they told me "another 4-5" 4-5 what? I asked, days or weeks... they said weeks. They said they were backed up at the finishing facility. So I waited 5 weeks and asked and they said "should be any day." Ok, so at this point I had waited exactly a year since I paid my invoice (in full too). And I haven't even seen any pictures or received any real updates (I had to ask them each time for any info at all and they've all been vague responses) so I thought maybe my wheels aren't even being made. I asked for pictures since the faces were supposedly done months ago back in February... But they told me another 6 weeks to get me some pics, or they can work out a refund for me. Even though they told me the wheels should be done "any day now". So now it's been 6 more weeks and I have not heard anything from them. Eventually I got the pics and found out that they weren't even my wheels. Anyways, fast forward to February 2023 I asked for a refund and was told it would take 60 days... 120 days later no refund. It's now almost 2 years and I have no wheels or refund.Initial Complaint

November 17, 2021 Total amount paid: $2836 Ordered Custom wheels I followed up in February in which I was told 5 more weeks until completion After that, it's been delay after delay. Everything from covid shutting warehouse down, lunar new year and being behind schedule. I asked for sneak peak of the wheels since all they are waiting on is the "finishing" but haven't seen anything yet. And now here we are , May 20th, 2023. I was told they were due to ship 3rd week of May now and just received word that they are still in "finishing". I'm just tired of waiting and would like to order elsewhere.Thank youInitial Complaint

I purchased a set of vehicle wheels from SK Forged LLC with an invoice date of November 7, 2021. I spoke with SK Forged LLC on November 11, 2021 and I was advised that the order will take 16 -18 weeks to complete. On March 10, 2022 I spoke with SK Forged LLC and was then advised that the order will take another 5 weeks to complete. I reached out to SK Forged LLC again on May 17, *************************************************************************************************** the manufacturing city; July 2022 now the new completion date. On July 7, 2022 I requested another status update and was told the order was almost completed. On July 27th SK Forged LLC advised me the order would take another 3 - 4 weeks to complete. On October 31, 2022 SK Forged LLC provided another excuse claiming there was a drought in the manufacturing city which limited power to the area; the completion date was then moved to 2nd week of January 2023. On January 19, 2023 SK Forged LLC provided yet another excuse and claimed Lunar New Year would delay the order until the first week of March. Due to the extensive delays, constant lies and outlandish excuses I requested a full refund from SK Forged LLC on January 20, 2023. SK Forged LLC accepted my refund request on January 21, 2023 and advised they would begin the refund process and advised this process would take 60 days. It has now been over 60 days and SK Forged LLC is claiming the refund will take another week. Placed an order for custom made wheels for my car back on Feb 14, 2022 and was quoted an estimated ***** weeks for completion time. The total amount I have spent with SKforged is $5,020. The order was pushed back multiple times over the coarse of a year while being told that the wheels were at a different status during the manufacturing (I have multiple screenshots I will be attaching). The excuses ranged from power outages, Covid impacting supply lines, warehouse shutdowns, among others. Covid-19 was not anything new when I had made my purchase so the initial timeline given is far from accurate.It has now been over 1 year since the initial purchase date and I had requested a full refund from the company. SKForged said it would be processed so long as the cutting phase hasn't begun, which it hasn't. That told me that the company hasn't even begun to manufacture my order so every update I've received seem to have been lies. Since the date of my refund request (Jan 20, 2023), SKForged has yet to send any refund. I had asked for them to atleast show any kind of proof that the refund process has started to at least ease my concerns and was told this can not happen. Today marks the 60 day period in which they claim it takes to process and send the money back and was now told that this will not happen. They are now sending random bank screenshots to somehow prove themselves which only serves to show that they are constantly lying to me considering I was told they can not, and will not provide any proof of the transaction.Screenshots provided are split between interactions between the vendor I had purchased through (Blacklist Motorsports LLC) and SKForged, which took place through email. Remaining are between myself and SKForged through Instagram.
