    I went to the *** store on 3/5/2023 to send a prepaid package, all i needed to do was to print the label. I told the person I need to send a prepaid package and I told him I just need to send you the email so you can print the label. So I sent the email and it was all prepared and ready to ship, the employee gave me the drop-off package receipt and as I was leaving he told me "oh, I forgot to charge you is $2.50" he didn't say before tax, you think he should have told me $2.70 total. If you go got a restaurant you see the prices on a menu, or if you go to a store the prices are posted. At any store before you buy an item you know how much it is and you decide whether to buy or not. But even at the *** store for other transactions they tell you is going to be this amount do you want to send it? The employee never mentioned a charge during the whole transaction, until I was leaving and I was already given the drop-off package receipt. This is not acceptable to tell you after the transaction is completed. Also is a rip-off because if you want to print one page at the *** store is only $0.10, so for me to email it to them and for them to print it is $2.70 is ridiculous. Also want to mentioned that i had been to this store before to do the same type of transaction and I was not charge. The first time I went to do the first transaction I asked them if there was a fee for me to send the email and for them to print the label and I was told no. So I didn't have any issues the first time. So when I went the second time I didn't ask because I was not charge the first time. I asked the employee why didn't you tell me this before? He told me I just forgot. A few days later I sent two emails to the manager. The first no response and the second the response was very rude and the manager didn't care to solve the issue, the email didn't have the managers name. All I want is my money back and for the employees to tell every customer the price before they do any type of transaction.

    On Jan26 I dropped off my Prepaid Package Tracking number 1ZT483DM0320005814 I was sending it to "****** Logistics" *********************************************************. Instead of my tracking number your *** representative printed someone's label (tracking number 1Z4716YV907546****)and places on my package so instead of sending to Brooklyn my box was delivered in ********* ******. On Feb 2 went to same *** office on ********************************************************. I explained my package never was delivered in Brooklyn. She checked I think her name is ****** and told me they stopped the package since it was sent to wrong address in Amazons hub with wrong label ending ****. She told me I don't have to worry they would send it back and she would call me. Noone called me or gave me any updates. On Feb 5th again went to their office! Still nothing. Noone cares they did not even try to find out where is my package. ( 24" 16" 19" ***** lb) I even called manager ***** , explained again what his employee did and he told me he would do his best to find my package. But I know that they are trying to protect their employee who did this mistake not even first time. They don't want he lose his job so I am not sure if they did right report to find out what's going on. I just need to know where exactly in ********* it was delivered so I can try to contact them too since nobody in *** really cares about their customers. In package there are a lot of things which costed me a lot. So, I need to find it and send to receiver ASAP.This is the last time I used *** service. and Be sure you are going to lose a lot of costumers since no one knows their job or cares. I called several times to customer service even there everyone tells me different things. Literally one of the worst experience . Never using this company again.the operators are just an incompetent bunch that can't answer a phone call and solve an elementary matter
