    I visited this office twice in Aurora, Colorado. Once on March 1, 2024, and again on March 20, 2024. On both visits, I paid an in-office co-pay to my **** card for $30.87 each visit. I received a Bill from Advanced Dermatology but the second office co-pay of $30.87 was not reflected. I paid the outstanding balance of my invoice except for the $30.87 that was not properly credited. I called the local office and ************** over 10 times. The ************** says they have to contact their local location to confirm payment. I called the local office and they said Billing has to address it. Finally, on one call, the ************** confirmed the payment but said they need something else from the local office - but told me they see the payment and I wouldn't receive any more invoices. However, a week later, I received another past due notice of $30.87.
