    I ordered weight loss meds. I returned the in used part 6 weeks later.They had a 180 day refund policy. I emailed a girl named ***************************. *********************************** She told me where to send etc. I did as she told me. I have tacking number, *** emailed her,I talked with Citibank that handles refund. They did a ticket for it and I still havent gotten refund.

    I purchased diet pills from TropiSlim online on Oct 12, 2023.I was not happy so I emailed to find out the return process. The answer I received I have attached.I received a message from *********** to say my return was received by the seller on Dec 8 2023 which is in the alloted 60 day return time frame.I still have not received my refund despite contacting them on 3 occasions, from which I did not get any sort of reply.They didn't advise of receipt of package, and I dutifully carried out everything the requested in the attached email.

    The only receipt I have is the screenshot from my bank that I sent.

    I am not sure if that is a phone number or some kind of ID on there.

    It was not through buy goods.com

    I  got there by clicking on an ad for the product.

    The only other thing I could suggest would be to forward you the correspondence email I have.

    I received an email from ClickBank dated Jan 31st but it does not state the amount of my refund and when I click on the link to get more details I get a "message error".

    I have checked my bank and still have not received my refund.

    The email comes from a no reply address so I am not sure what to do.

    I was able to contact ********** by phone and was informed that TropiSlim gave me an incorrect return address. Unless I can get the package to the correct address I will not receive a refund.

    It seems that TropiSlim should be responsible for doing that. I don't believe there would be a way for me to get the package forwarded to a different state.
