    I paid for a consultation for pink eye and received a prescription for 3 ML of antibiotic eye drops. I was a bit surprised, as every other time I or any other family member has had pink eye we get 5 mL of drops. I ran out of drops on day 5, and as it's supposed to be a 7 day course, I asked for a refill. I was told that needed to pay for another consultation. I have sent another email expressing why I feel like this is unnecessary since it is the same illness, with no response. There are so many telehealth companies that treat their patients better than this one, so I would not recommend. (I am an RN, btw,)
