    I ordered a 7 bottles of Neotonics gummies back in October. I recently opened a new bottle, and only because I happened to be portioning them out for travel, did I notice that one of the bottles had only 16 gummies in it instead of the 30 it was supposed to have. I didn't want to open all my bottles to see if any others were shorted, so I decided to weigh them. One other bottle weighed half as much the others. So TWO bottles shorted. I contacted them multiple times and their stance is "sorry nothing we can do. It's outside the 60 days of purchase" I can understand that policy if I were unhappy with the product. But I was shorted product. In TWO bottles. That seems to be a big problem with either quality control or scamming customers. A customer should not be responsible for monitoring that they are not being shorted (or possibly scammed.) The fact that TWO of my bottles were shorted, is very concerning to me,and it should be even more concerning to Neotonics as a company regarding your quality control. I suspect this is being done on purpose to get more money. I mean, what are the odds that TWO of my 7 bottles would be only half full? I am not having any luck getting them to reimburse me for the shortages.

    On August 20th, 2023 I ordered 3 bottles of vitamins...$177.00 was charged to my credit card.after waiting 3 to 4 weeks for the product I called my credit card company and cancelled payment.then 3 days later I received 3 bottles.. I called my credit card company to cancel dispute. i emailed Neotonics al of this information several times... I took a few of these vitamins and did not feel good... they emailed to return the 3 bottles and they would give me a full credit of $177.00.They never did...they said I had filed a dispute ( but I cancelled it ) and would NOT refund me. I was so honest with them and they will not give me a credit...or now probably a check for the amount... I do not think they can issue a credit any longer....I have my credit card statements to prove I paid them in full..I do not know to send them to you though.Thank you for your help...I do not have anyone else to me... Im in my 70"s and this really hurt my pocket book.
