    I was a member of Yoga Download for a long time. But cancelled my membership I think a year ago. On Monday June 16th I renewed my subscription wanting to be able to ******* from the *** They stated that I could get it with the Roku app on my TV which I have. However, I have been unable to get Yoga download through this app so I cancelled the subscription. I paid for the whole year. I would like a refund since I cant use it. I have left voicemails but havent heard back from them.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Someone for Yoga download replied to my response and gave me a refund because I could not access it on Roku even after following the directions. There wasnt Yoga Download in the Roku app on my TV unlike what was stated on your website.

    On or about May 1, 2023, YogaDownload.com charge my credit card and autorenewal service fee of $120. This is a service that I never used and had no intentions of using going forward.I did manage to get the service cancelled, I think. However I have not been able to get a refund. I made several attempts to contact the vendor by phone and throught their support desk. Unfortunately no one responds.
