    I employed the services of ************************ Eyebrow Threading on August 12th around 1pm for eyebrow tint and threading service. I am allergic to permeant dyes, so I chose this particular establish because they advertise semi-permanent eyebrow tint. I have a history of using semi-permanent dyes with no allergic reactions. When returning to establishment to show the allergic reaction to the technicians she showed me the dye that was used, which was a permanent dye, not semi-permanent, which is what is advertised on their website. My allergic reaction warranted a visit to the emergency and I was seeking reimburse for the service as well as my medical treatment at *******************************.

    i would like to explain you that the tinting which was used with her was not permanent or semipermanent color. It is just the cream hair dye used for eyelashes and eyebrows tint. When my employee did her tinting she didnt mentioned anything about the allergy. She just asked she want to do tint. If somebody has allergy with something they us and we are careful but she just asked for tint. We already apologized with her about all this matter and refunded her money for the service.
    we had really great conversations about all the things that happened with ********************* and her grandmother ***********************. And we both agreed with just the money refund on the services and settled with the medical bill treatment at centura emergency and urgent care as it is already healed. 
    i am sending the pictures of the tint used and the screenshot of the conversation about the settlement.

    I do want to note in the response & resolution with the business that the business will ask customers about allergies and not assume that customers do not have allergies. It is not to be solely put on the customers to notify Redefine Eyebrow Threading of allergies but their responsibility as professionals to ask as well. I am usually NOT allergic to semi-permanent tint, but have not used this specific brand and did have a reaction. Thank you!
