    appointment scheduled for today and waited 4 weeks, when I arrived my GPS took me to the building next door I walked several floors and spoke with multiple people, one lady was finally able to tell me that once a month someone does the same. I called (still early for my appointment) and spoke with a very rude lady who said I was supposed to be 20 mins early for my appointment I told her no one told ME that she then said they also would've called me to remind me and say the same I told her I have the voice mail and can play it for her and that I could also show her my call log for the original appointment scheduling so that they could go back and play the recording she told me that not her problem and that if your late they won't see you again. I left and went to my mom we called again the other lady already knew the story and stood by what was already said I asked if they were going to bill my insurance she said no and that they were going to bill me I told that they should just throw it away cause I have multiple things proving I wasn't told to be early I highly recommend that they higher new staff and maybe stop trying to rob people. I look forward to see you guys in court.
